  • AirWatch Agent is used for FIXED periodic sync. On agentless config, the OS itself will be deciding when to sync based on load, network and battery conditions = not stable sync.
  • SDK-based application is (currently) NOT reliably Boxer - SDK is not fully integrated in this app
  • SDK-based application is NOT Workspace ONE client - it uses AppConfig only, no SDK
  • If AirWatch Browser or Content Locker is used as SDK-based application, then Telecom info will NOT be available, because it is not used in these apps. Custom application with full SDK is needed for those features to work!
